While Emmalie and John were riding on a bus recently, she took this video of John.  He really enjoys the riding on a bus!

Sic 'Em Bears . . . Alamo Bowl 2011

The three of us went down to San Antonio to watch Baylor play in the Alamo Bowl.  We got to hang out with our friends John and Jeremy before the game on the Riverwalk.  Matt's sister who lives in San Antonio met us there too and watched John during the game for us so a special thanks to her!

We also got to see the Baylor football team getting on the buses on their way to the stadium.

They were as excited as the players about winning!

The next morning we had breakfast on the Riverwalk,

watched the ducks and waved to people on the river boats!

 

Christmas 2011 - John's Second Christmas

We had such a great time this year at Christmas with John!  He really loved everything he got and had a great time.  We have definitely transitioned from "baby" to a "boy" as evidenced by all the trucks, trains and balls.

I think I am looking good!

Just because it's Christmas time doesn't mean we skip the "hot dog" dance...
